WHAT IS BLUE LAKE?

Blue Lake is a DBA of Kirby Graphix, Ltd., a privately-owned and operated graphics shop that has been working with people all across the state of Idaho for over 9 years. We do just about everything, from screen printing and embroidery to custom stickers and vehicle Graphics. We built Blue Lake as a way to seperate and bring focus specifically to our digital decor products.

DO YOU HAVE A BRICK & MORTAR LOCATION?

WHAT EXACTLY IS REMOVABLE WALLPAPER?

Simply put, our removable wallpaper has the look and feel of real wallpaper, without all the fuss. No glue, no rollers, no 'oops!' moments, no messy cleanup, and no expensive "professionals" invading your home. The material has the durability and feel of a thin canvas, with a self-tacking glue pre-applied, so all you have to do is peel & stick. No magic mirrors or slight-of-hand tricks here, it's really that easy!

HOW LONG WILL MY WALLPAPER STAY UP?

Well, it all depends on the surface you plan to apply it to. A good wall preparation is key! On a flat, smooth and CLEAN indoor wall, our wall murals will certainly last for years. We do not recommend installing on textured walls. Install within 2-4 weeks of delivery. Do NOT install our wallpaper onto any surface that has been painted and/or primed in the last 30 days.

IS YOUR WALLPAPER EASY TO REMOVE? IF SO, HOW?

Removal is extremely easy! Peel up the corner of the panels installed with your fingernail and slowly peel the wall mural off the wall. That's it! For re-use later, place the mural material onto the paper backing that it originally came with, roll up, and store in a dry location.

CAN I REUSE IT?

That is one of the coolest features of our wallpaper material - yes you can! Accidently hang it crooked, or decide it would look better on that other wall instead? Simply peel it off and reposition it.

CAN I USE YOUR WALLPAPER OUTDOORS?

Our wallpaper material is not recommended for use outdoors. For outdoor applications, please contact us.

AM I STUCK USING THIS ON JUST WALLS?

Absolutely not! You can use our wallpaper material on all types of doors, glass, poles, windows, furniture, home appliances, tiles, mirrors, etc. It can easily be placed on almost any flat surface, the most important factor being that the surface is clean and dry.

DO I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ORDERING ALL THE MATERIAL I NEED AT ONCE? WILL THERE BE COLOR VARIANCE BETWEEN ORDERS?

Yes, much like traditional wallpaper color can vary between batches. While we very much strive to keep things consistent we cannot guarantee it as there are many variables at play. We recommend padding your order by 10% + measuring more than once!

WHAT ABOUT BATHROOMS? IF THINGS GET STEAMY?

We tell folks that our material is very similar to traditional wallpaper in that it does best if there is some ventilation. Crack a window or turn on the fan and you should be just fine.

HOW DO I USE MY OWN PHOTO OR DESIGN FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?

You can place a custom order with us by navigating to our Custom Order page, filling out your information, attaching your file and hitting Send. We'll take it from there.

Please note, you can upload multiple files if you wish, however our uploader is limited to 100MB per file. If your file(s) is larger, we suggest using a file hosting/sharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. and sharing it to us that way, in additional to filling out our Custom Order form.

I REALLY LIKE ONE OF YOUR IMAGES, BUT I NEED A CUSTOM SIZE. WHAT DO I DO?

You can request a custom size product of any image you choose on our website. Once you find an image you like, copy the name of the image and send it along with your custom dimensions and any other pertinent notes on our Custom Order page. We will process the image, and If we believe it requires your approval, we may send you an email with a link to a proof of the image prior to printing. Once approved, we will create a custom listing for you on our website that can be purchased normally.

IS THERE A MINIMUM SIZE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes. The minimum size required for a custom order is 12 sq/ft. Ie: 4ft x 3ft, 6ft x 2ft, etc.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes we do! If your country does not appear on our list of available delivery locations, please contact us in order to receive a shipping quote prior to placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Because all orders are printed on-demand, Kirby Graphix does NOT offer refunds on any product sold through our website. If there is an issue with your product, please send us an email and we'll make it right!

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

No, however we will offer an exchange for incorrect, damaged and defective items, within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in the original shipping package.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED! WHAT DO I DO?

If your order was damaged during transit, we will ask for a picture showing the damage and we will contact you ASAP to resolve the issue.
